Lowkl names Cassandra Zerebeski to Lead Sea to Sky Market

Squamish, BC (January 22, 2021) - Lowkl Customer Care announced their entry into the Sea to Sky market today with the appointment of Cassandra Zerebeski as Market Partner, Sea to Sky. Zerebeski joins Lowkl after an exceptional career in strategic growth, destination development and stakeholder engagement within destination marketing organizations Tourism Whistler and Destination Canada.

“We are excited and fortunate to welcome Cassandra to the team as we extend our exceptional brand of customer care to the businesses and customers of the Sea to Sky Corridor. Cassandra brings a history of helping businesses thrive in the corridor and will be a huge asset to our model as we continue to grow”, says Lindsey Turner, co-founder of Lowkl Customer Care.

Zerebeski grew up answering customer calls for her father’s auto mechanic business after starting her own lawn service at age 10. She also has in depth guest service experience from her time with Accor Hotels, as an award winning travel agent and during her tenure at Whistler Blackcomb.

“This region is made so special by the entrepreneurial spirit thriving here. I very much look forward to helping our local business partners grow”, says Zerebeski. Zerebeski is based in Squamish, BC with her family, having lived in the Corridor for the last 20 years, and will be building a team of local care representatives who work from their homes to serve the Corridor.

“Cassandra brings a wealth of experience and exceptional knowledge of the Sea 2 Sky Corridor and is the ideal partner to lead our expansion,” says Salim Kassam, co-founder of Lowkl Customer Care.
